As a qualified Level 4 Cancer and Exercise Rehabilitation Specialist, I provide 1:1 and group exercise sessions for with people who are living with or recovering from cancer.

I work closely with the lovely charity Charlie’s Cancer Care to provide group exercise sessions, free of charge for members.

Beginning exercise with or after cancer can be a scary thought. I can help guide you through the process, taking all cancer and treatment side effects into account. Heather's Story

Heather was diagnosed with bowel cancer in 2020. She underwent treatment and is now in recovery. Although she’d previously been fit and well, a side effect of the cancer and associated treatment meant that Heather felt deconditioned and fatigued. Heather has been having PT sessions twice a week for the past four months. She’s already so much stronger and regaining cardio fitness with every passing week. It’s not always easy for Heather to get into the gym, but the benefits make it all worth it.

Teresa's Story
